S04 E05 - Lichdom - Sail Away

Welcome to One Guy One Roll the solo roleplaying podcast where I play roleplaying games for your listening pleasure. We are heading back into Lichdom with episode 5! This is the first episode where Vrakh really starts to make some reasonable progress in his quest to achieve immortality as a lich. As long as the cards continue to play nice, it seems possible to wrap this season up in one or two more episodes. S04 E06 - Lichdom - Second Truth

I am so happy to be back after the holidays and able to make yet another episode for the One Guy One Roll solo roleplaying podcast! Once again we are diving back into the lovely rules light RPG Lichdom where we are exploring the twisting story of how Vrakh the (not yet) Imperishable achieved his ascension into immortality through becoming a lich. Things really start to come together during the exciting episode and we are starting to get really close to our first attempt to conduct the ritual. I do hope to be able to produce and edit another podcast next week, but between last minute work calls, getting sick and having our furnace go out during record freezing conditions, it has already been a bit of a rocky start to 2024.

After a rather lengthy hiatus due to a long planned vacation, an extremely busy period of work and just needing to take a break from content production, I have never been more excited and happy to be back with a fresh Season 5! I recently discovered that one of my favorite games, the Swedish doom metal inspired MÖRK BORG, has a solo rules supplement called Sölitary Defilement and I had to check it out and I was blown away with the quality. Inspired by Ironsworn, Sölitary Defilement has made this game the perfect fit for the One Guy One Roll podcast.
